History of the Mica Mall Customer Club
The Mica Mall Customer Club was launched in 2023. To thank customers for their trust, it became the first club in the country to offer unlimited membership. Its range of channels lets every customer join, whatever they spend at the mall, with a chance to win in its large daily and seasonal prize draws.
The club’s aim is to give members special credits and rewards, so they can make the most of shopping at the world’s leading brands, cafés and restaurants, and of Mica Mall’s and Kish Island’s attractions such as the wind tunnel, cable car, ice rink, amusement park, cinema complex, bowling and billiards.
How to join the Mica Mall Customer Club
If you wish, you can register before you start shopping by coming to Mica Mall and visiting the Customer Club office or an information desk.
When you register in person, your membership is completed with just your mobile number and bank card number, and your physical membership card is issued. From then on, every purchase at member stores gives you all of the club’s benefits and services.
What is Mica Coin?
Mica Coin is a reward-points unit.
Customers earn Mica Coins when they shop at any store that is a member of the club.
Club members earn between 5 and 20 Mica Coins for every 100,000 tomans spent at member stores.
By spending their Mica Coins, club members can get 10% to 90% off entertainment at Mica Mall and on Kish Island, as well as special mall services.
Club members can spend their points to enter daily and special prize draws.
Club members can spend their points to upgrade their club card to Silver, Gold or Platinum.
